GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade or profession.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase agreement is concluded with Abel, Becker & Platzer GbR.
By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.
You may add products to your cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the order button for the products in your cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text in our systems, which are not accessible to you.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
In addition to the product prices indicated, shipping costs are added for standard delivery. These depend on the packaging size of each product:
Within Germany:

For express shipping, a surcharge of €15.00 applies. Details are available in the respective product information.
4.2 Delivery Options
We ship to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
Delivery is only available via shipping. Self-collection is not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel lockers (Packstationen).
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card is charged immediately after placing the order.
Apple Pay
To pay with Apple Pay via Apple Inc., you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay activated, authenticate yourself, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction is executed immediately after order submission.
giropay
In cooperation with paydirekt GmbH, we offer payment via giropay. You must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate, and confirm the payment. Your account is charged immediately after placing the order.
giropay may offer additional payment options to registered users, which are subject to giropay’s terms and not within our control.
Google Pay
To use Google Pay via Google Ireland Ltd., you must be registered with Google, have Google Pay enabled, authenticate yourself, and confirm the payment. The transaction is executed immediately after placing the order.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB, we offer the following Klarna payment options, available only for consumers and subject to address and credit checks unless otherwise stated:

Invoice via Klarna: Payable 30 days after shipping and receipt of invoice.

Klarna Credit Card: Card is charged immediately after placing the order. No address or credit check.

Klarna Direct Debit: You provide Klarna with a SEPA mandate. Klarna will notify you in advance before debiting your account.

Klarna Installments: Pay in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95).
Klarna may offer additional payment options based on individual eligibility, which are subject to Klarna’s terms.
PayPal & PayPal Express
To pay with PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction is executed immediately after placing the order.
PayPal may offer additional options to selected customers, which are subject to PayPal’s terms and beyond our control.
Credit Card via PayPal: Charged after shipping.
Direct Debit via PayPal: Subject to address and credit check. With payment instruction, you give PayPal a SEPA mandate. You'll be notified of the charge in advance.
Invoice via PayPal: Subject to address and credit check.
Invoice via PayPal & Ratepay: Subject to address and credit check. Payment is made directly to Ratepay GmbH.
Sofort by Klarna
To use Sofortüberweisung via Sofort GmbH, you must have online banking access, authenticate, and confirm the payment. The amount is charged immediately after the order.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such issues to the delivery service immediately and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact us does not affect your legal rights, particularly warranty rights, but helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents

in case of injury to life, body, or health,

in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

for guarantees, if agreed, or

if the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
For breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) due to slight negligence by us or our agents, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
