HOW DOES A RETURN OR EXCHANGE WORK?

You may cancel your order and return items from within Germany within 14 days of receiving them.

If you'd like to exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order. Please note: we only accept unused items in their original packaging. Do not remove tags or soil the items. Returned goods must show no signs of use. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using insured shipping with a tracking number. Please make sure to request and keep a proof of return receipt, as it is required to verify your return in case of loss.

SUITS INDUSTRIES™ reserves the right to refuse returns that are received outside the stated return window or items that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered.

NO PRINTER NEEDED

You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code after completing the online franking and payment. This code can be easily scanned at any Deutsche Post/DHL location when dropping off your return.

Once your return has arrived at our logistics center, it will be processed accordingly. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing, as required by law.
