HOW DO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WORK?
You can withdraw from orders from Germany within 14 days of receipt and return them to us.
If you would like to exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order. Please note that we only accept unused items in their original packaging. Make sure not to remove any labels or soil the items. The goods must not show any signs of wear.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please keep your proof of postage in case your return is lost, so you can provide evidence of shipment.
SUITS INDUSTRIES™ reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent outside the specified return period or to reject items that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
You do not need a printer for this process. After completing the online franking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. This can be presented and scanned at your preferred Deutsche Post/DHL branch when dropping off your package.
Once your return has arrived at our logistics center, it will be processed accordingly. We will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used for the original order.
The statutory processing time is up to 14 business days.
